The LPM DUTY 5.56 was designed to provide high holistic signature reduction for both operators and bystanders on gas-operated firearms. This requires moderate gas blowback and sound to the shooter while maintaining a high level of muzzle sound suppression. A simplified version of their Torch 5.56/6mm silencer, the DUTY achieves a much lower price point and smaller size for budget minded shooters who are willing to tolerate slightly more back pressure and gas blowback. Tuning of the host weapon is recommended.
